Basic Shipping Information:
As items ordered and ship to locations vary from customer to customer, we do not have a "one shipping price fits all" policy. Instead we work to provide the best shipping rates and options for each customer, and because of this are happy to provide shipping quotes tailored to your unique order.
In many cases when you checkout shipping charges will not be included in your order rather will be computed and added when your order is processed. We are happy to provide a quote before you order and will make every effort to save you money. Please contact us for a quote.

Shipping in the US for non-freight orders are typically done through FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested. Actual shipping charges will be billed, and will include any applicable packaging and handling fees that may apply.
Shipping outside of the US for non-freight orders are either done through FedEx Ground or the United States Postal Service. As International Shipping charges can be expensive we make every effort to ship via the most economical method for our customers. Actual shipping charges will be billed, and will include any applicable packaging and handling fees that may apply. In addition to standard shipping charges, International orders require customs clearance and payment of any applicable taxes and duties. When shipping via FedEx we can in most situations pay these charges for you and include them in your total invoice. When shipping via the United States Postal Service, they will contact you to pay any applicable charges due prior to delivery of your order. When providing shipping quotes we will include further details of this process, and you may always contact us with any questions!
Shipping in the US for freight orders are done through a variety of freight carriers. Freight service and pricing typically includes a lift gate and inside delivery service to the first floor. Please note that some dimensions of freight orders can be larger than a standard single door, and may require un-packaging by the customer to be relocated in the clinic. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the freight process!
Shipping outside of the US for freight orders in Canada are done through a variety of freight carriers. Freight service and pricing typically includes a lift gate and inside delivery service to the first floor. Please note that some dimensions of freight orders can be larger than a standard single door, and may require un-packaging by the customer to be relocated in the clinic. Freight shipments coming from the US going into Canada require a customs broker to clear the shipments on the customer’s behalf. If you do not have your own customs broker we are happy to provide a quote from Livingston International and they may act as the broker for this shipment. The quote (which is an estimate only) includes the charges of clearance & broker fees, duties, and taxes. If you choose to use Livingston as your broker, a representative will be contacting you to fill out a onetime Single Shippers Agreement stating they are allowed to act on your behalf for this shipment. They will also send an invoice to you directly for their fees. We then work with Livingston to provide them with all additional paperwork needed to process the shipment, such as the Commercial Invoice, NAFTA certificate, etc. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the freight process!
Shipping outside of the US for freight orders Overseas are done through a different series of inland and ocean carriers. As each country has different transport procedures and customs clearance requirements please contact us for more details and to obtain a shipping quotation with more detailed information!
Order Lead Times:
Most small equipment orders ship in 24-48 hours. Larger equipment orders may take up to 1-2 weeks to ship, due to consolidation of items and arranging freight carrier service. Once your order has been placed we will confirm shipping costs, options, and provide an Estimated Time of Arrival for your order as well.
